Welcome to by blog!

My name is Daniel. I’m a 25- year old grad who’s trying to figure out this complex journey we call life.  I created this blog for me to express myself and the things I think about on a daily basis. My thoughts are usually all over the place, so this blog helps me to concentrate on specific topics and draw from the thoughts that are scattered throughout my mind.

My current dream is to become a psychologist/counselor so I can help people navigate through the labyrinth of their minds and hopefully find peace and beauty among the struggles and darkness in their life.

I love reading all sorts of things, specifically books about philosophy and psychology. What I enjoy the most, however, is spending time with people, talking about almost anything.  I’m an introvert at heart so I might seem quiet at times, especially in large groups, but there’s nothing I love more than having a conversation with people.

Most importantly, I’m human. I have my flaws and struggles. But these imperfections that I see in myself and others are some of the most beautiful things I’ve seen about humanity. When we lay down our pride and take a step back from judging each other’s flaws, we become slightly more aware of the story behind each stutter, awkward motion, wrinkle, white hair, scar, and abnormal behavior. These stories long to be read, rather than judged by its cover. This is becoming a blog post, so I’m going to stop writing in the “about section”…

You’re right, we are all human. I believe that a blog, journal, diary, can help anyone express their feelings. Writing is a great way to see how others see life, in their perspective. It’s really cool how you’re interested in philosophy and psychology. Enjoying your blog so far! 🙂

I agree! Writing has this beautiful way of capturing ones feelings and thoughts. Thank you very much for reading my posts! You have a very lovely blog yourself. I like how you put together nature, poetry, as well as your faith in your writing. It motivates me to step outside more often and write about what I see.
